The Rib Filet or Rib Eye as it's also known, is the king of steaks. 

Beginning life on vast grasslands, Augustus Grain Fed beef is raised on natural pastures before finishing on a specially formulated grain diet, ensuring each cut is tender and richly flavoured. These are perfect for a quick sear on the BBQ or in a smoking hot pan.

These individual 300g steaks are Cryovac packed during production to ensure premium quality and long life in your fridge. Also available frozen.
