The Rib Filet or Rib Eye as it's also known, is the king of steaks.
The Angus breed is renowned for their excellent eating quality and delicious flavour. Cattle graze on fertile pastures for the majority of their lives before moving to a carefully prepared feed ration for a minimum of 120 days, designed to optmise eating quality.
With a depth of flavour only found with Angus, these are perfect for a quick sear on the BBQ or in a smoking hot pan. Cooked to medium rare they have a soft, succulent texture and juiciness only found with Rib Filet.
These individual 300g steaks are Cryovac packed during production to ensure premium quality and long life in your fridge. Also available frozen.
