Angus cattle graze on fertile pastures for the majority of their lives before moving to a carefully prepared feed ration for a minimum of 120 days, designed to optmise eating quality and enable year round consistency.

All steaks are Cryovac packed during production to ensure premium quality and long life in your fridge. Also available frozen.
