Wagyu Misuji MBS8-9 (Trimmed and sliced 5mm)

Imperial Blossom is a Pureblood F4 Wagyu from Queensland. 

The Misuji cut comes from the Oyster Blade and is a premium Yakiniku cut with superior marbling for an explosion of flavour. 

For best results, we recommend grilling on a charcoal Hibachi and using a good quality dipping sauce.

Supplied frozen in a vacuum sealed pack.
